Look, you put all this effort in filming and editing and then someone puts in an hour of time and takes most of the views.

It's unfair and she has no rights.

Btw. More then 1 video was on her feed. I check them because I am in a similar niche.

No it doesn't fall under fair use... It's not transformative and it hurts your views.

It's lazy.

Just file a complaint through YouTube. I do and normally they won't reach out or claim anything. Because they know they are in the wrong.

Even if they claim fair use...it isn't.. yes they add a bit of commentary, but that is not enough.

If I put 3 sec. Of a song under my video I get a strike...

I put up a watchlist, because it really hurts channel including my own. And I watched your content. Probably will use some of the stuff.
