I try this at least twice a week, but I live with people in their twenties, so leftovers never make it to lunch the next day. The 20s are a decade of constant hunger.
It doesn't have to be that. There's nothing wrong with making tasty, different meals and freezing them. It just takes longer. Not sure who invented that you have to eat the same thing all week
Is "meal prepping" different to "batch cooking"? We've been doing the latter for decades and freezing it, then you have a choice sitting in the freezer. Of course that sort of then means sandwiches, wraps or salad for lunch make more sense.

super planned out meal prep sounds boring though
