1. SP admitted to breaching NHS harassment policy. She didn’t admit to harassment. Her lawyers argue that her actions were not harassment.

2. Dr Upton has *alleged* that SP put patients at risk. This accusation was made months after the alleged events and thus far hasn’t been corroborated.
