Anyone can run for office, no qualifications needed. Anger at injustice, passion and a fire to improve things, are the best qualifications.

Well not anyone can run for congress,and Kat would meet these once moved,

“To be elected, a representative must be at least 25 years old, a United States citizen for at least seven years and an inhabitant of the state they represent.”
