Renters’ union Acorn has called for Oxford City Council to adopt a “zero tolerance approach to rogue landlords” in the run-up to tonight’s Budget meeting. It says over 60% of Oxford tenants are suffering unresolved repair issues, over 40% damp or mould, and over 20% a pest issue.
