Ironic, because last fall I attended a talk in Halifax by Christopher Sands. The topic was how the election would affect Canada. Many of us looked at one another astonished as he casually assured us that not much would change. We knew that was impossible were Trump elected. I guess he knows it now.

I was a fellow there many years ago. Although I cursed the statue of Woodrow Wilson every time I passed it, the center was vibrant and full of smart, interesting people. Just another thing to feel sickened about.
