Go into your browser settings and select "Desktop site" if you're on Android, and there should be something similar on iPhone. It will make the server think you are on a laptop/desktop, and it will play the video.

In that case it might simply be due to what device you're using in trying to access it. I was able to watch it on my laptop but I've seen others say they tried to access it via their iPad or phone and couldn't.
