This is why sanctions against Russia are ESSENTIAL. They are already having an impact on Russia's attempt to resupply equipment losses as many hi-tech imports are becoming harder to source & they have no local manufacturing capability.

This infographic is horrible. It tells me that 4231 Ukrainian specialists analyzed details of weapon fragments. Why would there be 4231 people working on this? And 8 ₃ 1 420 parts were found. What? How? Who is making these graphics? He or she should be sent back to school.

Sanctions are what we do as the step short of kinetic war to oppose a rogue nation. People who circumvent them for greed are essentially forcing war as the next step. Which to my mind is a capital offense.
Dual-use items: Sanctions will never be effectively enforced for these. Most items are maybe even below this radar. Few are critical and these should be highlighted.
