I wish that there were more ways for people to help Ukraine, but it is virtually impossible. I have tried over and over and over to reach out to the Ukrainian Embassy in DC, Ukrainian groups in the US, journalists and media organizations in Ukraine, multiple times, only to be 100% ignored.
Months ago there was info that Ukraine works on Patriot similar / clones, no chance to find out something with whole Europe ? War time is changing everything
SAMP/T its French and Italian joint system operating on aster missle family has simillar capabilities (already used in Ukraine) but it has problems with production bwcause of patriot dominance in the market and all the european states over the years always picking patriot
Ya know ...... it makes no sense (to me) to broadcast what your short of. Why would you want your enemy to know? I can see bragging about MORE arms, but LESS arms? Seems like a really bad strategic move (to me).
This is a very valid point. After next Thursday, we will be totally defenseless, is perhaps not the best strategy. While it is perhaps to communicate the urgency to the US, it also announces things to Russia.
Exactly my point! Unfortunately with relations between US and Ukraine bad I think it highly likely that Trump himself would inform the Kremlin of Ukraine being short of armaments. A guy from Florida who can't manage a bowel movement is trying to micromanage the world. Not good.
Think about this fact; the US accounts for 20% of the overall help in defense of Ukraine.
