Because it was too damn popular! Literally, millions of copies sold. No comic sells millions of copies, that's unnatural! lol. What can I say, I’m a road-less-traveled kind of guy, the same reason I avoided Harry Potter for 20 years until my kids forced me to give in.

And the title—ugh. It felt like it was trying too hard, both too clever and too on the nose, like the name of a bad slasher movie.

But wow, was I wrong.

This series is an incredibly tightly wound piece of expert narrative design.

The mysteries hook you instantly, and the perfectly timed revelations keep your brain buzzing with guesses. Add in the crisp, delightful dialogue that feels like peak-Bendis, and you’ve got a story firing on all cylinders.
