Even well established charity shops seem to be struggling.
I used to have excellent care coordinators, but this was nearly 20 years ago, before my area adopted the 'recovery' model and booted them out, and discharged many of their patients en masse.
The care coordinators helped me we with so many aspects of life and safety.
