A reminder that, once again, this creates a serious problem with the Good Friday Agreement but what do you expect from the same people that thought Brexit wouldn't be an issue either.

Badenoch is now hitting out at the international law-based order, saying the European Convention on Human Rights and other structures had been hijacked to "advance an activist political agenda". This seems like her edging towards a policy of ECHR withdrawal.
