Oh dear, that will never do! I have to admit I'm a coffee snob. Anything longer than 20 minutes post brew will never touch these lovely lips.

Caffeine has no noticeable affect on me anymore, so I'm getting a more discerning palette w/ my coffee to enjoy the experience of the morning brew. But I like my coffee the same hot and cold, so I don't mind if I finish it when it's cooled off a little.
