He is not licensed to practice in any state except Florida and that is only to treat military... He has never held a medical license in Texas, where for some reason people vote for him. He used to be licensed in VA when he served three admins

So he IS a doctor, but apparently not currently practicing. People vote for him in Texas because Trump endorsed him, I guess. Michael Burgess used to be my congressman. Both doctors. Never voted for either of them.
