I made a nightly COPR build for ghostty. It works similarly to the ones I've made in the past for neovim and mosh, in particular using rpkg and an rpm version string based on tags and intervening commit count. Take it for a spin at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/agriffis/ghostty-nightly/
