As a person who lived in Louisville & a victim of se-ual assault from a Louisville cop I believe it.
My ex brother-in-law was a lmpd cop who drove the patrol car every day drunk on his A. He bragged on taking ppl to the river beating them & taking their money &whatever before taking them to jail.
