Absolutely enjoyed Sekiro the most. I don't think I've ever played a more satisfying action game in terms of teaching you how to play and truly testing your mastery of the gameplay.

However my favorite is def Bloodborne, just because of the setting and art direction alone.

It might be a bit of recency bias as I played Sekiro most recently, but Wolf. I absolutely love the freedom of movement & agility he has. Hunter is a close second though.
