I just met with a few business owners. They're freaking out bc they aren't sure if items will cross the border before Trump's tariffs, what the cost will be, whether to pass on the increased costs now so they can afford resupply after Trump's tariffs, & how ppl with afford it. A 💩show is coming!

Some people can live very close to the Earth, foraging and buying very little - but that is not everyone. Some of them are VERY poor, living in food deserts or in the cities where no free food exists. Check your privilege.

Oh, you do really want those things like oil, electricity and softwood, well pay an extra 25% tax before it gets shipped. No I don’t care you removed the tariffs on those things.
