Yes it really is, especially as an artist. Other fields I feel you can hire someone to post for you, but us artists have to do the art and post!

Can totally relate, my timeline still feels slightly off in a way I can't quite put my finger on who's missing.
Every now and then I get a notification and I go "hey wait! I know that person!!"

I highly recommend sky follower bridge (chrome extension) if you haven't used it yet, it helped me locate most of my fgc follows (including you)

yah, i think most FGC of content might still be twitter focused as of now. many FGC OGs do have BSKY accounts though

There was some extension I used to follow who I was following on Twitter (or at least as many that were here). But not everyone migrated, but even still I try to not go on Twitter as much. I'll browse some art, then bail when the inevitable horrible people start showing up (so about 30 seconds lol)

I'm surprised current social medias don't separate those like deviant art did. Would make notifications so much easier to organize and not miss comments. Because definitely agree, keeping up on SM is already hard enough as it is lol.
