Josh - some of this, like the contracts, could be brought by a civil action under taxpayer standing. If successful, the taxpayer-plaintiff might even get an award of attorney fees. I'm surprised more people are not doing this.
Perhaps your team could also start compiling data on the numerous court cases the govt is having to fight-at taxpayer expense-because of all of this nonsense (wrongful terminations, etc ) as well as the financial impact, including any incentives paid (or similar) to get people to quit.
The goal has always been to subordinate the chain of commands at DOJ and DOD to Trump’s demands and corruption. Essential to installing his dictatorship.
As a rural nobody, I would have normally believed this was already being done; then I realized I'd thought the Biden administration had "war-gamed" a second Trump Presidency and it's attending criminality, corruption and lawlessness...Ooops!
Don’t forget FOIA requests and litigation are some of the most powerful tools available for folks investigating the govt. A project like you propose can both capitalize on FOIA records disclosures and also generate strategies for further records requests.
