Very interesting study with a lot of data! It's also one of the first cases where I see non-human primate models to test oncolytic viruses. While I trust the data, I have some doubts.. for sure, expressing a foreign antigen on cancer cells triggers an immune response

However, this will only happen in cells that have been infected by the virus. That might sound trivial, but actually, one of the pillars of oncolytic virotherapy is that, even if the virus doesn't infect all cells in the tumor, the immune response will clear the rest/

Also because, if the virus is lytic, infected cells will die anyway (in theory). To achieve this additive effect, the immune response must be against tumor associated antigens that will be found in uninfected cells as well. So, what is going on here? It is possible/
