No - the key line was that they were provisionally accepted. Situations like this are usually accounted for in provisional acceptances like that.

So, yeah and no. It depends on what the exact terms on the positions are - a lot of these types of research-focused positions are contingent on funding.

It's tough as hell. This won't be the last one of these we see.
