Idk, his headfirst dive into anti-immigrant rhetoric despite being himself an immigrant (and a potentially illegal one at that) is a head scratcher too.
"Working to expand the ban" since if you have an dealing with contractors you already have at least a 1 year ban on working for those companies. In some cases it can be a lifetime ban.
