‘Eos’, 2019. This photo is from my ‘Sirens’ series, photos of waves named after mythological beings. Eos is the Ancient Greek goddess of dawn, described as rosy-fingered by Homer in his magnificent epics, The liad and The Odyssey. Each morning, she rises from Oceanus to dispel the gloom of night.
