"Fees were not covering salaries" = a heart of the tragedy. The fees/tuition-driven model is failing--has been for over a decade in USHE and it's now happening here too.

Now those policies are reaping their full harvest, w/bankrupt institutions.
Since "I Definitely Didn't Back Jeffrey Epstein" is gone, all the fund raising from The Limited is also gone
