my coping mechanisms are eating or cut/t!ng and i’m not allowing myself to do either so how am i supposed to get through this??????

Honestly the one thing that helped me was emotionally exercising, like if I'm angry I'll do angry bicycle crunches. Works for being sad, frustrated, whatever. It sounds silly but trust me it helps a bit.
