If you didn't know, I've been on a health and fitness journey prioritizing weight-loss and bodybuilding since my birthday, July 11, last year. I started at 313 pounds. To be at 263.8, I've already lost ~50.
Anyway, we'll see where we're at in April when the challenge ends.
i went from 160 to 135 over the past year and i feel so much more confident and at home in my own body now. good luck on your journey! :))
