Funny thing about Seattle is that most of my close cub friends who used to live pretty centrally now live in outlying rural areas, like Graham or Enumclaw, but we still get together for, uhhhh Stuff Like That. You can be part of the community without having to live in, or even that near, the city.

Yeah, sure - I still get together with friends for cabin trips and events and stuff, but I guess I just mean like, lowering the barrier to entry is fun, right? Being able to just grab a drink at the drop of a hat with pals who load their shorts by night's end

Yeah... that's true. It is kind of a constant frustration that hanging out with friends is now something that has to be Planned in Advance instead of uncomplicated and spontaneous. I wish I had a better solution for that.

I have a bunch of ABDL friends that I've met through the internet and our great community, but there's a level of casualness you can really only get in person. You can't just casually check a friend over Discord, haha - it's gotta be a whole message, waiting for a pic, etc.

Nobody seems to be near Philly either, though it would make for a great Hub city like NY but much cheaper.

Got a HUGE convention center too (like multi-city-block-sized), AND good food scene. I feel like it’s a perfect spot for an event or something but they’re always in NY.

I’m a biased dinosaur, but this is why I like Boston myself! It’s “right-sized” for a city, at least to me. Also has a growing ABDL scene thanks to it being easily accessible via rail by so many nearby states!

We've got a pretty tight-knit scene up here in and around Boston, helped by how clustered up New England is in terms of travel. Three conventions, multiple smaller social events, it's nice catching up with pals at each one and shaking our padded butts. 🤙
