Does anyone have pillow suggestions? I made the mistake of throwing away my only good set of pillows a year ago and i have not been able to find a replacement since.

I’ve gone through 4 sets of pillows already. i cannot sleep. i am in constant neck & back pain. I cannot breathe thru my nose
