I blame "King Sized Homer" for portraying a man so morbidly obese that he qualifies for disability at 300lbs but making him look like THIS:

At that point its better to turn lbs into kg. Still underselling a lil

scale & realism/believably is important

If she isn’t at least 500 I ain’t looking at it

and this is why i don't give my characters specific weight outside of like "light" or "heavy"
