Fun memory: In 2001 or so, I set up my company's Active Directory. I named it TRANSMOGRIFIER.LOCAL as I was reading a lot of Calvin & Hobbes at the time. We used that AD for around 14 years - and new employees would struggle with TRANSMOGRIFIER\firstname.lastname on authentication. Fun times!
