Saw someone berate the maintainer of a Rust crate for bumping the MSRV in a minor release, using `cargo install cargo-nextest` as a cudgel.

First, it is beyond unacceptable to yell at an open source maintainer giving you a free gift. But also, there's a reason we recommend passing in `--locked`!
