Watching the Oakland Chinatown assualt, Ive noticed as a worker in the area that I never see a cop every patrolling. They always park their squad cars (along with BART PD) at City Center but I never see a cop in Chinatown. Considering the anti-Asian attacks, seems logical for at least one cop.
