I do not understand a lot of political jokes (probably because I do not read the news much). This is a clouded leopard but the Zoo will hopefully be getting snow leopards this year, which will be exciting.
The phrase "Leopards Eating People's Faces" refers to a meme that satirizes voters who support harmful policies - 🔴💀🔴 - Republicans and are surprised when those policies negatively affect them.
