It's so not. 😂 But I can give the angels/Hellborn a little more leeway because they're not human and outside of time. Rosie's outfit makes sense if she's an expy of Dolly Levi, from the very early 1900s, but not for someone fashionable in the 1910s. /amateur fashion historian ramblings

morning coats are *formal* wear, so if he's wearing one he's going around permanently dressed up. 😅 The pinstripes are very definitely 1920s, so they fit, but monocles were starting to go out of style, except for older people and celebrities (which fits with that gd mustache 😆) .

Also, to be *really* period accurate his pants would have to be practically up in his armpits (men's waists were set REAL high back then), which they are very much not in the show. 😂

It's interesting too that Alastor seems to be so 1920s-coded in his outfits since he didn't die until the 30s.

Aesthetic I assume, which I get. Still it would have been so much deeper and more interesting to base the characters and their clothing in the era they came from rather than a more superficial nod.
