It sucks that people have to migrate here because some dipshit egomaniac keep making terrible decisions, but I'm glad Bsky is getting more lively. It's nice here! I hope everyone just joining can quickly rebuild their communities ❤️

Ty ily. Just made an account and at first I felt discouraged by the idea of starting form zero (even if I'm not leaving twt yet because my friends), but after exploring for a bit...it actually seems pretty nice, I already feel comfortable and I think I'm starting to understand how to find stuff
From what I've seen so far Bsky as a whole has been good at handling bots! Moderation lists have been super helpful. I agree with you about the influx of new users straining the servers though, hopefully the devs can keep up!
Damn, kinda makes ya wonder if Bsky is able to handle the bot problem (assuming quantity isn't an issue) then why hasn't Elon nor his team figured it out despite them saying they were going to tackle the problem back in 2022. Really makes you wonder.
That, and he also fired the whole accessibility team. Once you take away accessibility, it's going to impact able-bodied people too so everyone's sinking on the boat anyways. :'D It been happening since the takeover day one
Ngl building a community here has been way easier than building anything over on twitter. The community is so nice here and I love using the bot/ ai bro block list feature love it so much same goes for lists and starter packs
im hoping for better platform here! the community on the other platform is rlly great actually BUT that damn guy keeps changing regulation here and there
