Prestwich IS in Manchester, so technically she was born there. Sarah Storey is from Eccles, Salford.

Prestwich is now part of Bury MBC. Prior to 1974 it was a UDC in Lancashire. Manchester begins at Heaton Park. Other than a M postcode it's not Manchester. That's as daft as saying Aberystwyth is in Shropshire as it has a SY postcode.
