Because streaming services invest in many expensive and ambitious shows, then do little or nothing to promote them.
So I take care of sci-fi lol
Go watch For All Mankind, Severance, Andor, Silo, Fallout, The Expanse, Foundation, Scavengers Reign...

Disney might be haemorrhaging money, but at least they advertise.
Is it good that I do this? No.
Is it my only choice? Yes.
I wish streaming services understood that the only way I'd come back, is if they make it WORTH it. But they'll never get it.
Just give these things time to breathe and give people the chance to discover them and build some word of mouth.
NGL I'm a little sad that's *not* what it was, I was imagining like, The Fast & The Furious before they became basically spy movies, but serialized. :P
But a smol part of me is sad that this medium was commercialized like that.
But yeah, it's hard to keep up. Feels like, "You don't like the cake I hid under the stairs? Fine, I'll throw it away". There have been a few series that I put off watching and suddenly they disappeared. Feels like a remnant of the broadcast model
