I haven't been there in 15 years (and certainly not after we've learned a lot of disgusting things), but AICN was one of the very first movie websites I visited every day, back when I was running fan websites.

I’ve known this day would come. It’s weird that the further I get from it and the more movies I make, a decade of my life feels like biographical preamble, but here we are. I haven’t been a working critic for 14 years. AICN was the one site that still existed from that time. And now that’s fading.

This is the era when I started to join the US fandom.
You know, here everyone seems to think it's the beginning of the end for the US era.
