Yes, I’ll be submitting a manuscript I’m currently querying. ❤️‍🔥 I received some fulls & feedback. But I’m atp where I have no idea how or what to change to really receive offer of rep. So certainly needing some hard developmental edits and fresh eyes. What about you ?

That makes sense! Sometimes fresh eyes can make all the difference especially when you’re so deep into a project. It sounds like you’ve already got some solid interest tho congrats on that! Are you hoping for big structural changes or just fine tuning things to make the manuscript stronger?

Thank you! I don’t think I need big structural changes. It’s more of ensuring my pacing propels the reader through each chapter (I have 4 POVs), plot holes, characterization etc.

Buuuuut then again, you never know 🫣 an editor could have a complete different approach — which I’m open to!

Oof good question! I love all my characters so much — a priestess, the crown prince, his best friend and an assassin. However, I’m looking at my manuscript as a complete series and the arcs needed to flow into book 2. I would certainly need to build my priestesses GMC more to carry her into book 2.
