Not sure if the name is right, but it's basically just an inflatable latex ball that you wear.
It's designed to lock the wearer in a specific pose inside the suit (like standing or sitting), and any movement causes the suit to roll about.
The only real way to move in the thing is by bouncing.

There's other variations too. Typically, it squeezes the whole body up to the neck, but there's different versions that end at the waist, or only cover the upper body.
