I read recently, “if there is no remedy, there is no right.” Don’t remember who wrote it. This administration gets away with everything. No remedy. Thanks, Mitch.
He does not have the right to change our rights he just did it. Live free or die. My meds were not paid for by Medicaid and now I sit and wait for my meds or I die. interesting situation
It seems like we depend on some 18th century fiction about “gentlemen.” We must have laws, not norms, not memos—laws. If we get the chance, we should be preventing by law all of the stupid loopholes and exceptions that this president has abused. Frankly, it’s been a waste of the people’s time.
We crap on serious presidents who know how things work because we don’t know. So we get a taste now of bad corporate leaders trying to do government when they couldn’t even do corporate. Just learned loopholes and plunder techniques. Jokes on us.
We haven’t had a democracy in decades. The SCOTUS allowed $$ into elections. So, we’ve actually had an oligarchy (and kakistocracy) even before the 🍊 stain!
