He's standing up because Kansas farmers stand to lose a lot of money from future aid and it's their farm product that is currently spoiling; maybe it only gets paid for when its delivered, who knows? The only thing that is certain is that Republicans don't have a conscience.

Wouldn’t give him too much credit. He supported all of Trumps cabinet appointments. Those appointments will create havoc for other Americans in other states Instead of farmers losing in KS, its nurses in AL or dairy farmers in WI. Moran is a Trump enabler. Never forget that.
