Artem has an apartment that they share with their adoptive sister, Valorie, located in the Empyreum and was a gift from Aymeric after the events of Heavensward but didn't start using until after Endwalker when they adopted Valorie.

Artem and Valorie also have a room in Fran's house where the two stayed whilst the apartment was being decorated, but they still stay with Fran on occasion
