So I guess Joaquin is at max a 6/10 card or so? I really couldn’t find a list that makes me wanna play him. The one without Darkhawk looks good, though.

turns out if you stop playing as much the drop of in SP is real.

Fortunately i don't mind as I don't think the game is in a very good place funwise right now and not sure how they turn it around.

Now, to tread water until Sanctum and maybe play Conquest a little.

If you really like bounce you will find tricky ways to play him, but no its way below average
