It’s a false dichotomy based on the premise that rejectionism begets strength of faith, when true strength comes from challenging it. They are told that closed-mindedness is a virtue, to the extent that they measure themselves by the magnitude of opposition they can withstand.

I also found, in that realization, that the best way to show what is right and good is to model it yourself, esp when it hasn’t been earned.
All that to say - I don’t think it’s my responsibility to inform those around me, because it’s not a question of information or knowledge.
