I think it’s easy to think that Palestinians once they get to Egypt are fine- but really they usually spent their life savings and are now in a country where they have no ability to work. Safaa spent her career helping others and I think deserves a little help back ❤️

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Safaa. Safaa was a doctor in Gaza specializing in childhood illnesses and malnutrition and her husband Mohammed was an ophthalmologist. They managed to flee to Egypt with their children Jawa and Jad but have no papers and cannot work there.
