#FolkloreThursday Welsh folklore tells of "gwynt traed y meirw" or "the wind that blows over the feet of corpses" - an easterly wind which foretold either a death or good fortune, depending on local tradition. Named because corpses were buried with feet facing east, from where this wind originated.
