I loathe NF as much as the next person, and I am not into conspiracy theories. But what you say here depends on three assumptions which need challenging: that:
1) the WHO's vaping and snus smoking cessation policies are evidenced and tenable;
2) that vaping is not, for smokers, an…
… effective cessation delivery system, which saves lives; and
3) that nicotine is as harmful as the toxic by-products of burnt tobacco.

Should also regulate what goes inside them. I read most disposable vapes come from China
- Make vaping harder for kids and those who have not smoked.
- Ban disposables.
- Support ex-smokers who gave up by that (and only that!) method.
