It all comes down to how they’re booked, which I don’t think a third equal or lesser member solves. If they put someone like Deeb in, they’ll end up being like the Pure Fusion Collective more than anything

I would argue that it's been even worse than that... Tony looked at them and, when everybody else could see the potential, he just said "jobbers"...
I feel bad for them.
I have my share of complaints about the product but nothing makes me more mad than the way they're treated..

Deonna even won her last proper feud with Rosa. And then.. Nothing.
I'm convinced that The Vendetta is her idea alone (she did say she produced the first videos alone at her house) but Tony doesn't have any kind of plan for them... Need to lose to Anna ? Vendetta. Need to lose to Harley ? Vendetta.
